I received my eyeglasses and contact prescription at this location. To be honest with you. The environment is not very nice. It's not very kind. No one greets you as soon as you walk into the door they let you kind of stand around not advising you at all whether that you have an appointment or for Assistance, they're very mediocre when it comes to their customer service. I would think an eye doctor would have more joy more zest for individuals were coming in to get their eyes checked, you know I got a contacts ordered from them and I advise on my prescription for two separate contact lenses and they only deemed one on of them They don't fit right and they hurt my eyes. I asked for an exchange not for a refund. you know I'm not trying to get back money. I just wanted a different brand of contacts because they're more comfortable to wear and they refuse to do the exchange not even as like a one time courtesy blaming it on not having that the boxes were opened so I couldn't return them. Doesn't really give me good faith for a place that I go to to trust with my eyes. It's unfortunate especially that they don't have a sign placed anywhere no exchanges or anything in their offices. Now I'm out a box of contacts that hurt my eyes when if I went to 1 800 contacts, they would've exchanged them from me with me no problem
I didn't want to give this opinion, but it's very important. I've been visiting this store for years with some of my family, but today I took my daughter, and Dr. Zhen Gao took my daughter in without even looking at the form the patient fills out. She spent five minutes with my daughter and told me that my daughter sees perfectly and only needs glasses to write. I explained my daughter's medical condition, and that with my daughter's condition, a proper examination is necessary. My daughter was referred there because she has vision problems, and this woman says no, she sees perfectly. You can't do an examination in five minutes. Besides her bad attitude, if you don't want to work with people, stay home. Your license should be revoked. As a doctor, you have no professionalism or ethics. Today was the worst experience I've ever had. You, as a doctor, should retire, Zhen Gao.
The visit was efficient and the doctor was professional. I would, however, recommend confirming a couple of times that there is no confusion with insurance. During the appointment confirmation, I submitted insurance info twice, and I was told that I was "all set" before my visit. But when I arrived, the doctor informed me that this was not the case, and I ended up with a significant bill. There is some issue with communication and/or front desk's ability to verify insurance it seems. Besides that it is a nice office.
My experience at Pearl Vision was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in until the final delivery of my glasses, I received top-quality service that went above and beyond my expectations.
What impressed me first was the warm welcome and professionalism of the entire team. The front desk staff made me feel comfortable right away. The licensed optometrist who performed my eye exam was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. When it came time to choose my frames, I received personalized guidance that helped me select not only what fit me well, but also what truly matched my style and needs.
I want to give special recognition to Shannon Logan, who accompanied me throughout the process with an exceptional level of care and attention to detail. She made sure everything turned out exactly the way I wanted. Her patience, dedication, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
At Pearl Vision, I didn't just find high-quality glasses--I found a team passionate about what they do, delivering excellence at every step and truly caring for each customer. I left not only with the perfect pair of glasses but also with complete confidence that I had made the right choice.
I highly recommend Pearl Vision to anyone looking for more than just eyewear. Here, you'll experience trust, care, and true quality from start to finish.

Excellent experience at Pearle Vision in Revere, MA. I had been putting off getting an updated eye exam for over 2 yrs, and had been using my daily contact lenses for months at a time. Wasn't able to get appointments anywhere else for 6+ month, but they were able to help get seen and get new contacts & glasses in record time.
