I highly recommend Dr. Vaid. He's an excellent Opthalmologist and truly cares about his patients. He has been my family's Eye Doctor for years.

I have been going to Dr Vaid for 10 years. He is kind, polite & compassionate-a real gentleman & an excellent surgeon. It took me 5 years to find him. I went to many local practitioners & 3 surgeons at MEEI. None of them could diagnose me! You will wait in his office, sometimes 2+hours, he is well worth the wait and when it is your appointment time you will get as much time as you need. This is not an in & out 'mill' practice. Dr. Vaid is THE BEST!!! The women who work for him go out of their way to schedule you at a time that is best for you. They are also true professionals.

I absolutely love Dr. Vaid! I've been going to him for about 15 years. He's very nice, polite and professional. He's a great doctor. My whole family goes to him for our eyes. The girls that work for him are wonderful too. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

A number of years ago Dr. Vaid diagnosed me as having macular degeneration. He had me coming in approximately every 3-5 months to follow its progress, and kept telling me I am doing well. See you in several months. The last time I was there he recommended that I try a new eye drop. When I went to get it filled at CVS it was several hundred dollars for a months supply. My wife wanted to get an opinion from her ophthalmologist whom she had been going to for many years. After looking at the prescription, he wanted to check me out stating something is wrong. After examining me, he said that I do NOT have macular degeneration, I only needed a slight change in my eyeglass prescription. BE CAREFUL, that's all I can say.

HORRIBLE!!! I ended up leaving after 45 min of waiting and never being seen for my appointment. During a pandemic you would think the office would be cleaner, as it is in the health field. After every patient came and gone no one came out to clean the seats or wipe them down. Forget the front desk assistants/ staff. Very rude, not welcoming at all. While waiting to ask the front desk how much longer I have to wait the other women who was at the desk doing paperwork looked at me and put her head right back down. Did not even ask how she can help me, or anything! They are not very friendly or compassionate to their patients. Not to mention I had a coughing attack and not one of the staff asked if I was ok or needed a cup of water, excuse me... you all are very very rude. Lost a patient and if I can stop anyone else from going I will. Your in the health field if you have no passion than find another job! Late late for appts and not passionate to your patients!

My 90 year old mother was the patient but I had to bring her for the appointment. He could be the best doctor in the country but I wouldn't take myself there. The dr. Is very inconsiderate of people's time. We had a 9:00 appt and the dr showed up in the office for the day at 10:15. Once he came to see my mother it was 2 minutes and done. Every time I've gone I've waited two hours at least. I feel sorry for the very nice woman at the desk who have to take the complaints because of the dr. Start telling the dr directly. Maybe if he realizes he'll loose patients he'll become a bit more considerate.

I have an appointment on the 24th of Oct 19. i have to take the MART, and in doing so I have to give them a pick up time. I hope they will make an exception and take me on time. i doubt it though, because they make everyone wait. I had an 9 o clock appointment the last time, a year ago, and i was the first person there, so i asked the next person who came what time her appointment was, and she said at 9 o clock. that is elleagle to book two people for the same Doctor at the same time.
