Fantastic place! Staff are friendly, caring and work their butts off, running everything like clockwork. I highly recommend this place for cataract surgery. They listened to my concerns and were extremely helpful.

Very slow. My eyes were dilated for over an hour while I waited. My total time spent at this practice was near 2 hours for just basic eye exam. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! The Technician was nice but the wait is so long. Still waiting 30 minutes after dilation of toddler even though they said 15 minutes. Not impressed with this place. They also change appointments without notice with irregular schedules. I don't recommend them.

Today, was my second appointment that I was informed when I arrived that I would need to reschedule. This is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time! Both times, the receptionist told me a voice message was left on my phone and there were never any messages. I will be going elsewhere.

Twice I had an appointment for my child to be seen here, twice they cancelled on me and couldn't reschedule for 2-3 months. I asked if they could guarantee they would not cancel again and they said no. This is the most poorly managed office I've seen in a while. My daughter can't see the board at school and they've now wasted 5 months of waiting time. Please go anywhere else.

If I could give it -10 I would definitely. FRONT STAFF TO THE DOCTOR THEMSELVES WERE RUDE. Went to this office 2x for "field vision test" , 1st time was headache, they said couldn't be done no there to read the test, on maternity leave, 2nd time I made a "field vision test" for my peripheral vision. I then got a bill over 100.00. Called the office and was told it was the WRONG test, inconclusive no results. It was done in error. Error was not mine, They didn't try to make it right and reschedule. I am not paying that bill .. I have called, emailed and no response. This is the WORST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE I EVER WENT TO they don't seem to care how to do their job or listen to the patient. Very frustrating and disappointed They need to charge back this bill.. next stop BBB

Day of my appointment they called at 8:00am to cancel. Rescheduled me for two months later. They called Friday morning to also cancel that one. They don't even deserve a one star rating. No wonder Steward Health Care is going under...
