The optometrist was first class. First time I met her but she was super friendly. Super knowledgeable made me feel right at home. And the rest of the staff that helped me with the glasses and all the other things I needed were 110%

It was my first time at LensCrafters and I can assure the excellent service. Mrs King was kind and very helpful! Highly recommend!

I love LensCrafters for buying glasses--the staff is always so friendly and helpful. But I was disappointed with the eye doctor scheduling. I booked two back-to-back appointments for my kids at 3:00 and 3:30, and the day before I was told the doctor couldn't do dilation that late in the day (which is covered by insurance). The doctor wanted to leave as soon as possible after appointment. Instead, they offered the retinal photo--quick, but not covered by insurance and out of pocket. When I asked if the exam could be done without either, I was told no, because it wouldn't be considered thorough. My issue is that if the doctor isn't available for a full, covered exam at those times, the appointments shouldn't be offered. I love the staff, but the process felt frustrating and disappointing.

For any of my glasses wearing people!!! Be sure to stop in to see Laurie King at the LensCrafters on Main St Taunton. She is absolutely amazing and so helpful, all with such great hospitality! Our elderly neighbor fell and broke her glasses. She asked my husband to fix them, however, they were beyond repair. We wanted to get her something to help her so she could see again. I stopped in to my current eye doctors office and unfortunately they were unable to help me. I stopped in LensCrafters and was immediately greeted with a smile by Laurie. She stopped everything she was doing to help see what could be done. She found some frames that would fit the current lenses and worked her magic! She cleaned up her lenses as best she could and honestly, they look almost brand new minus the scratches from the fall. I was blown away at the customer service I received there today and will be sure to stop on in when I need new glasses myself!

Kevin (and Gabby) were so great to work with, from frame selection that best suited my features, to helping me decide which lens features to get (and which ones I didn't need). I felt like they had my best interests in mind the whole time!

I had made my daughters original eye appointment online for March 8 and when we got there we were told the doctor didn't work that day and they said I shouldn't have been able to make an appointment on that day. They had no night time eye appointments so I had to wait for April vacation. I brought my daughter in yesterday and explained that her insurance had changed well that didn't sit to well with the doctor Ammie Adams. It took about 10-15 mins to do the paperwork. The longest part being the iPad not processing it fast. When she told me the copayment was $10.00 I said I had a check she responded with we only take credit or debit. I don't use either I use check or cash. I asked if she could bill me she said no. I said I could go to the bank but that would be cash. After about 5 mins of her attitude she said ok go to the bank. When I got back my daughter was sitting down I figured she was waiting for her eyes to be dilated but no! Ammie told her we spent to much time on the paperwork so she couldn't dilate them we need to make another appointment. She knew that was the purpose of the appointment. I told her that her doctor wants to see the back of her eyes because she gets bad migraines. It takes 15-30 minutes to dilate someone's eyes so she could have taken the next person while she waited for her eyes to be ready. Instead she told her she was done. She also told my daughter it was a waste of time because her eyes haven't changed much since the last time. When she found out my daughter wasn't looking at new glasses she said of course she isn't with an attitude. My daughter was waiting on me to return. She never came out to talk to me about any of this. I found Ammie Adams to be very rude, unprofessional and very cold. On a positive notw the women sitting in the front of the store was very friendly, very professional, warm and helpful. This is not a reflection on the store it is only on Ammie. I have been here before and other lenscrafters and had wonderful experiences. I however will not be back or recommend an eye examination at this store as long as Ammie Adams is working there!

The ladies at the front desk were delightful! went out of their way to call another lens crafters to figure out what contacts I DIDNT want again so that I had it ready for the doctor, Tightened and did a few other things to my glasses, etc. seriously just great customer service reps! However the doctor was so catty and had some rude remarks during my husbands exam, and my own exam as well. Will not be returning to this location

I've been buying glasses at this LensCrafters location For as long as it's been downtown and before that at the mall. Laurie is like visiting an old friend. She knows her business and she has taken very good care of me over the years.
