I have been going to this location for quite some time. The office staff and store manager are ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful. Especially during my visit this time. However- while I know the previous doctor moved his practice and records, my recent experience there doctor Amie Adams was not pleasant. I had some valid concerns about my vision and I was met with confrontation and dismissiveness. I was willing pay for whatever services I requested and wanted to have an open conversation about what I was experiencing. It was clear that being "behind schedule" and having a busy day was more important than addressing patients concerns. I had to reset the tone of the conversation so I could get some clear direction and advice as the patient. The approach to care in this circumstance was awful. Not usually one to complain, but this hasn't sat right with me since my visit.
