I recently saw Dr. Ding for a comprehensive eye exam. I had been looking for a new practitioner because I was somewhat dissatisfied with prior ones, particularly the overcrowded practices where one waits and waits and then is rushed through with no time for questions.
I was very satisfied. She is obviously very knowledgeable, and is meticulous, thorough, explains everything, and patiently answers questions. Plus, her diagnoses and plan of care all made sense. Highly recommend.

She charged additional $49 for using her special machine to the eye examination fee. The charge is posted at front desk, but not informed before the visit. Don't think that's necessary for regular vision examination.
She was a little impatient for answering the basic questions, such as if the contact exam is covered by medical insurance; and she she was not willing to help with the reimbursement from vision insurance after I failed to use it at the examination.
