The office was easy to find with good parking. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. Everything was explained to me during the exam and all of my questions were answered. Selecting my frames and lenses went smoothly and all of the inside and outs for my type of vision insurance were reviewed with me so I could make the best choice for my budget and needs. I really enjoyed my time at this office and my husband, who accompanied me, said he is going to make an appointment here as well. We've found our family vision provider and are very pleased!

Dr Lucash has been my eye doctor for about 18 years and she is awesome! She provides first-class care and is always so knowledgeable about, and up to date with, the latest clinical care practices, technologies, and products. It's always a pleasure to see her and I completely trust my eyesight to her! She also has an amazing clinic and team, and everyone on the team is always helpful when I visit.

I have been coming here for over 15 years. The doctors are great but I now drive 30 plus miles each way to see the opticians Bill and Marianne. For a life long eye glass wearer who is finicky about comfort they are the best that I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about them from picking out new frames, to selecting glasses and then meticulously fitting each pair to me. The 2 of them are truly amazing and why I continue to drive the long distance.

I came here for my first eye exam ever. I was beyond anxious but the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I ended up getting my first pair of glasses from Eleni and I love them. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

I have been a patient for years and took my children, 5 and 10 years old, in for their first exam. Alec and Dr Jeff were amazing as easing their anxiety of the exam. I highly recommend Auburn Eye Associates for children as well as adults.

Jeff Cohn does a great job as an optometrist (he fully explains everything in a way that his patients can understand), and Mary Ann is wonderful as an optician. They don't get any better than Jeff and Mary Ann. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

If you're looking for a friendly efficient optometrist I highly recommend. The staff here is friendly and so helpful . First time I ever left a dr. Office happy . The helped me pick new glasses they fixed the problem with my current glasses from my prior drs office . They are absolutely the best place

The staff at the Westborough location is extremely committed to outstanding customer service. I discovered i had unexpectedly ran out of contact lenses before an important appointment. Not only was the office conveniently open after 5 -which is, of course, when these types of situations always seem to present themselves- the staff exhausted all possible avenues to assist me in receiving my lenses as soon as possible while I was on the phone with them. After arrangements had been made and our call ended, they continued to work on my problem and found an even better solution that same evening. My crisis has been averted, and the resulting arrangement is more convenient than I could have imagined. Thanks, Theresa!
