Westborough Spectacle Shoppe

I had been going to a mall eyeglass store for several years, and was very disappointed with my last examination, and the glasses they made for me. Fortunately, a friend recommended the Westborough Spectacle Shoppe, and I couldn't be happier. After a thorough examination by optometrist Dr. Kralian, I mean a good 45 minutes, I picked out a nice frame out of an extensive selection in the showroom. Tammy, the Shoppe's optician, and apparent manager guided me with the frame, my insurance coverage, and billing information. Next, Gavin, the apprentice optician, fitted me for the new glasses, and explained that they would be ready in 4 days, as they cut the glasses there using Dr. Kralian's expert prescription. This was a lot quicker of a turnaround from what I have experienced in the past. I learned that Gavin's mother, father and he are the present owners. So, when I picked up my glasses I was elated at how much better this pair worked for me. So much so that I had them fit new lenses into a frame I already had, once again a quick turnaround for those too. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at the Westborough Spectacle Shoppe. Great optometrist, great optician, great apprentice that fulfilled my prescription, and great service. So run, don't walk there for your next pair of specs. Oh, I'll be back for sunglasses too, they have some cool styles.

Wonderful customer service! They fixed a pair of glasses that I didn't even buy there while I waited. The staff were so pleasant. They seem to have a great selection of glasses. While I was there, I was listening to a staff member working with a customer and she was so nice and helpful and wasn't trying to upsell him. When I need new glasses, I will definitely be going there. Great experience.

Everyone loves their job here and does it really well. I get exactly the amount of help I need in selecting glasses I love from so many good choices. It's a pleasure to enter this lovely store. Also, the eye exams are top notch. Dr. Kralian is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.

Im not a patient at this location, I just happen to work about 10 mins away. My local place is a half hour away. My glasses frames broke while at work and I called to see if I could bring them there to have them repaired despite not being a patient there. And they said yes. I went on lunch break and within 10 mins my glasses were fixed and I was not even charged since it was a minor repair. I was beyond grateful and the 2 people I spoke 2 were extremely friendly, knew what to do and I was happy to had met them for a nice short but pleasant visit. Definitely recommend for repairs and.visits if needed

I came into this shop seeking help with a pair of broken glasses that belonged to my mother. Everyone I met there was very personable and helpful. They spent the time to find a creative solution to resolve my dilemma. I will definitely be back for any other optical needs!

I've been going here for a few years and Jim and company are second to none. In fact I have to go back soon and get my eyes checked and maybe a new lenses but hope I can keep my lovable frames from them it's a pleasure going somewhere who cares so much about their customers. Just got new frames on 03/10 and Lisa was awesome as always and So was Tammy!!!

I bought a pair of sunglasses, I'm hard to fit and I found just the right pair! I proceeded to run over the case with my car, just the corner, but it ruined the case. The glasses, were fine, and the Spectacle Shop gave me a new case. I appreciate this great shop being local, friendly and with great service.

Visiting a small town optical shop always feels better that going to a chain store. The customer service and quality here is unmatched. Optician Tammy is always the most helpful and knowledgeable. I never want to get glasses from anyone else.
