STAY AWAY and avoid this Optometry place at all Costs. The staff and Doctor is running around. As a Patient you would never notice that you are reading the last couples of lines entirely INCORRECT even with Glasses. Still they would not change the prescription as the doctor is in Hurry.
Doctor has No time, and wants Patients to get out. The Eye Glasses shop is Worse. Extremely rude !
Everyone behaves like a descendant of a Great. Please get your eyes checked and go to a decent place

The worst experience of my life! Do not go here Karin Underkoffler, DO Optometrist was so unprofessional, dismissive, rude and uncaring. I felt rushed she told me I have something serious and didn't explain what it was and told me to go see my old eye care provider.

I've been trying to make an appointment for an exam at the Westboro location. I've physically walked in on 4 specific occasions and still have yet to have someone help me make an appointment. Each time there, I have spoken with someone in the office, but I'm told they are not the person that makes appointments and that I should try back later. I have called and left multiple messages and no call back. Think it shouldn't be this difficult to make an appointment. Maybe some basic customer service training would be helpful here.
