Dr. Nguyen has been our family's optometrist for years, and we couldn't ask for better care. He is consistently thorough, patient, and attentive, and he truly takes the time to get to know his patients. We trust him completely with our family's eye health. The staff is always friendly and professional, and every visit is smooth and well organized. We highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone looking for long-term, dependable eye care. He is absolutely the best doctor I have ever met!

They are the best, They are caring too much like a family. I have been going my family eye test there for almost 7 years for the annual check for myself and my family. The stuff is very helpful and professional. The exam is very detailed especially for being a diabetic, the doctor is very nice and he is explaining every detail while doing the test and even the results. All my family members love them even my 7 years daughter.

I do not think there is an eye doctor that cares more. Been going here years and today was my annual.apppoint. it's always the same. Great staff and personal visit. The exam is through and he always explains the results and the best solution. Never pushing for expensive products. For me 10+ years , I still wait even if he falls behind.

I've been calling for about a week different times of the day and no one answers the phone call I was told wait a month and still no glasses

I had my first visit here a year ago. Dr Nguyen, not sure of the spelling of his last name, was great. They gave me an appointment quickly! Other office down the street could not get me an appointment until the following year, after I would lose my insurance. They fit me in before Christmas so my visit would be paid in full by my insurance, as I was changing insurances next year and wanted to use my current benefits asap since my vision was changing. He was the first doctor ever to thoroughly explain concerns about my eyes to me, even showing me pictures of past sun damage to my eyes and the need to always wear sunglasses outside. He really seems to care and makes sure to answer all questions asked. His front staff was nice, no problems processing my insurance. I order my glasses online, not through them, with no issue, unlike someone else here suggested. buying glasses online or at wholesale clubs are always cheaper than a doctors office. They gave me a written prescription to use elsewhere with no trouble. While there are many quality eye doctors around, I will continue to only go here because of Dr Nguyen and because of the ease to set up an appointment with the front desk staff. I am not sure why anyone would give this office a bad rating. They are also affiliated with TLC vision centers, Dr Nguyen is. I need yearly exams due to guarantee from TLC vision center from having lasiks back in 2006. My eyes have regressed and if I wanted to have the surgery again at TLC I need yearly exams through an affiliate like Westboro Eye Care, which is then emailed to TLC and put into my chart there. Dr Nguyen is also the first doctor to ever explain to me that a person should never have eye correction surgery more than twice in a lifetime. He explained if I want surgery again, since my eyes regressed, to wait 2 years for my eye prescription to stabilize, before surgery again. I recommend this office.

This was my first visit to Westborough Eye Care and overall it was a very positive experience. I love how you can book and appointment online and see what dates and times are available. I was able to get an appointment within a week. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and Dr. Khuong Nguyen was very knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing for contacts was on par with many online sites (perhaps they are slightly higher) but its worth the convenience because they will bill insurance directly. Overall, I am very happy with the service Westborough Eye Care provides and will certainly be back.

Called to schedule an eye exam, I gave 2 stars because their receptionists was respectful. I would have been a new patient but unfortunately they were booked out until August (two months from when I called). I called the local BJs optical, they were available within a week and they are cheaper.

I am new patient of Dr. Nguyen. He and his entire staff were very welcoming, great Team!! I would highly recommend Westborough Eye Care.
