Westfield Eye Center

My eye dr recently retired. I called Thayer office to make an appointment. I was told they needed my records before I could make one. I told her I have sent for them. I then told her iam a diabetic and have glaucoma. Could I make an appointment to get the ball rolling.she put me on hold .when she came back she told me dr said no files no appointment. I asked what do you recommend I do .I was told it's my problem. I got another name from my old eye dr .I called and got an appointment in 3 weeks they don't need my records right now. Iam 65 years old and have been going to eye Dr's since I was 6 years old .this may have been a one off but it makes you wonder how much they really care about their patients

Dr. Thayer and his staff are wonderful! Very pleasant and informative. I had cataract surgery and lens implants and can't believe how well I can see now - no longer need glasses to see far or near.

Nice front desk but, they do not offer care for children

Had cataract surgery December and January both eyes and couldn't be happier. I'm 72-years-old an my vision is presently 20/15 distance, 20/16 mid vision, and J1+ for near vision. Service, polite, and knowledgeable. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.
