The amount of unprofessional service there is out of sight, (pun intended)
I was told a pair of my glasses wasn't covered by my insurance and I explained for the past 3 years they were covered. They said my insurance changed so I had to pay $ 80.00 for them and put half down for the down payment. I then called legal aid and we called my insurance company and they informed me that my insurance hadn't changed and the glasses should be covered.
So then 10 Optical said they would refund me my down payment by check in the mail which I never received.

Always a lovely experience getting my nose pads replaced or glasses adjusted. The decor is bright and fun and they have a great selection of frames. Parking is available at the front lot and the building is wheelchair accessible.

I had a problem with my reading glasses, I lost a screw from the hinge of one of the temples. I was passing by Worcesterm staying only for one night and my hotel was near the MCPHS. They fixed the problem, provided and placed a new spare screw, with no charge.
