The service at this family run place is unmatched. They are all so nice and so knowledgeable. The selection of designer glasses and sunglasses is fantastic. I got a really cool pair of Chroma eyeglasses and Balenciaga sunglasses here. My dad has been coming here for years, and I will be too. Highly recommend!!

Been going to this eye doctor for over 3 decades my mom started taking me here when I was probably 10ish Im now 38 and have never been to another optometrist. Its family run and the services are truly unbeatable! All the staff are knowledgeable since majority of em that were there was I was a kid and are still there today like Heidi, they will go above and beyond to help u and always with a smile on their face! Their selection of glasses are impeccable every brand name you can think of they carry. I love love love bello and could never see myself going anywhere else you'd be crazy not to come here you'll never find a place equivalent to bello!

I visited this month with my grandmother to help her pick out a new pair of glasses. She's in her late 80s, does not speak English, and is hard of hearing -- yet the kindness, patience, and quality of care she received were truly exceptional. The staff made her feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She left with the biggest smile on her face and the cutest new glasses. I highly suggest that anyone looking for glasses or any type of eye care check out Bello Opticians I went there yesturday for the first time. My experience was amazing from start to finish. The pricing is so good I was in shock. I had to ask a couple of times are you sure that price is correct? And I am not talking about settling for cheap quality. I got quality, amazing service, and was provided with topshelf eye exam. Bar none Bello Opticians the Best in the city. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Brought my Father-in-Law in for an exam and to purchase new glasses. From what he tells me, the exam was fine and the doctor was very pleasant and courteous. That's where it ends. Whoever the man is with the Napoleon complex who "helped" my dad look at glasses is rude, condescending, and clearly less interested in helping you find the right frames as he is with getting you to pay top dollar. Family owned and operated? Not a family I would want to be associated with.

I stopped into Bello's today on a whim because I have never needed glasses my entire life except around the covid era, and now I need them all the time. My sister and my father have always gone to Bello Opticians, and never went anywhere else. You would think by now I would know that my father was always right even though he's no longer here. I have tried Goswick Eye for 2 years and a different shop entirely in between that. I was basically left to my own devices to pick out anything I wanted and then the glasses would arrive in the mail. Suffice it to say I had no clue what the proper way to handle things was, and it shows in my choices. As soon as we walked into Bello's, Nick Bello greeted us and asked us if we needed help. I told him that I would be looking at glasses in the future and was considering contacts. Immediately off the bat, he told me that my glasses were wrong for my face and said he would adjust them and fit them better in the meantime. It was extremely busy in there. Not one person that left there did not yell goodbye to everyone and express love to any and all of the family/staff. It felt like Sunday dinner at my grandmother's house. In the meantime, Jamie checked and verified my vision insurance and dummied it down for me and steered us in the right direction for next year. Nick took my glasses of which again, I did NOT purchase there, and was absolutely fastidious in his skill, and custom fit them to my face. I literally cannot believe how I was surviving with how they fit prior to me walking into Bello's. They fit like a glove now until my insurance will kick in for next year where I will only go to Bello Opticians now. Also, right before we got out of everyone's "hair," I mentioned to Nick that when I came in, I would have him pick out my frames for next time. I told him I wanted bold, and never seeing me before, he absolutely nailed it. Looking forward to doing business with Bello Opticians from now into the future. They literally are a full service location, with a big time flair for style. Thank you so much.

I went to Bello to assist a friend choosing glasses for the first time.While she was trying on different frames...Nick (the owner) removed my glasses and proceeded to mark one of the lenses with a sharpee magic marker. I was aghast...then he did the same thing to his and proceeded to wipe the marker off his lens but could not remove it from mine. "See...if you have a protective coating on your lens like I do, it would come off no problem!" says he. No worries...I'll clean them up for you." So after putting my glasses in some kind of a machine, he puts them back on my face...and the lens was totally smudged and foggy. He whispers in my ear "they were so dirty...you just didn't notice it before!" Blarney...I cleaned them that morning and had no trouble seeing. I now have a useless pair of glasses and to be sure...I'm not returning to Bello to get a protective coating. BEWARE!
