Bello Opticians: Giovannucci Vincent OD

I have been going to this establishment for many years. I take my children here also. Dr Giovannucci is kind, patient and knowledgeable. The opticians and support staff are very helpful. They have high end frames, but they always help me find stylish frames in my budget. This place can get a little crazy, but not in a bad way. It's that friendly laid back way where their little sweet doggies are there and people are busy helping everyone. It's a tiny place with frames everywhere. The doctor's exam room is a quiet oasis in all the rush that's taking place up front. These are kind people who will always give you an honest opinion if something doesn't look good on you. Glasses are the jewelry of the face. They can make a bold statement or go virtually unnoticed depending on what you are comfortable with and the people at Bello will help you find what's perfect for you.

Went there specifically for a contact prescription, paid for it, and they refused to give to me after I told them I didn't want them to be the one supplying me with contacts (after found out they charge double what everyone else does). They just took my money and I got nothing out it. Edit: I asked right after my exam. The reply is claiming it expired before I asked but I should have gotten it the day I paid for it and they refused. Thanks for nothing.
