We were all in need of glasses, some of my family members and myself were in need of new glasses. This place does ( " The FREE MASS- HEALTH Glasses ") and has a " HUGE" selection of freebie glasses for the entire family. We also purchased a separate pair of glasses for myself that have (Transition lenses). The quality of both glasses I got is fantastic. The service was wonderful, huge shout- out too, Bruce , for taking the extra time to help out out and get what we really wanted. The rest of the family will be going here in the next few months after they see the eye - doctors. After they get there prescription. Parking is a little Iffy, but there is some parking around . Will definitely come here and do future business with them! Thanks again for your help Bruce !!

Goral offers a large variety of frames to choose from. Jose took his time to help with our decision and was very helpful. The establishment is kept very clean. Help was offered as soon as we walked in.

This Optician Center has been the best I've ever been to. Excellent customer service! Very highly Professional and friendly staff. My son provided his prescription and within 30 minutes or less his glasses were ready. We didn't have to wait 2 weeks like every place I've been to. Thank you Jose for your professionalism and expertise. I would definitely recommend this place!

Same day eye glasses. Nice and easy. Was in and out in less than 20 mins.

Walked in to have some nose pads on my glasses repaired. Was a busy day and was expecting to wait a bit. To my surprise I was in there for less than 10 min; glasses fixed, they came out and also quickly reset my sunglasses I was wearing, payment took 15 seconds, and as I thanked them and went to walk out, the woman at reception desk was in the middle of helping someone else but made sure to hand me a fresh, new glasses cleaning cloth on my way by. Great place, great people :)

Jose helped me, Francisco a lot, he is a definition of an amazing customer service. He took the time to explain everything about the glasses, took my measurements and order my glasses. He was very professional and attentive, showing that he cares for the clients. Will keep going and refer all my family.
