Dr. Forgues and the overall setup/ equipment are amazing. 5 stars on his professionalism and the technical precision of the exam, possibly the best I've had. Thanks! However, the front office responsiveness to phone calls (e.g., with requests to sort out contact lens samples/ordering) is less than desirable. I called the office to request some clarification on my prescription and samples for ordering purposes, and was told someone would call back the following day. 8 days later and no return call/follow up, and I am back to using the last of my old and out of date contacts from last year, which no longer work for me. I called again and was again told that someone would return my call. To be continued, and I will be happy to edit my review and rating based on their response and followup.

I saw Dr. Jessica Haake, and the entire staff here were so welcoming and friendly. My consultation was more thorough than most exams at other locations. Everything was explained clearly and I have been telling everyone about this office since. If you need a great eye care team, go here! Hands down, I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone. I have no intention of ever going anywhere else again.

I love this office! They were recommended by the facility that I had LASIK eye surgery and I am so grateful! I see Dr. Matt and he is always pleasant, thorough, and clearly loves his job. They have incredible technology at their office and he takes the time to explain what he is looking at with all of the tests/results. I would recommend Dr. Matthew Forgues and his staff to anyone seeking a friendly and competent vision specialist. The staff is very helpful in coordinating an appointment and working with your insurance plan. Dr. Matthew Forgues has a wonderful "bedside" manner and does a great job walking you through the eye exam. No question, we are staying with Dr. Forgues for the long term.

They have always prescribed and provided outstanding corrective lenses of all types, and have been informative and courteous in discussing any questions I might have had. Their dedication to their practice can't be surpassed. When I served in the U.S. Army in the late 60's, Dr. Mark Forgues Jr. came all the way to Nha Trang, South Vietnam, to examine my vision and fit me with new lenses. I'll never forget it!

This is a truly outstanding practice! Their promptness and attention to detail are impressive. The doctors are professional and will take whatever time is necessary to answer all of your questions. They also seem to be completely current with the latest technology. Great people and great products at competitive prices.

I've been going to Dr. Forgues for years and every time I have an appointment I know I've received the best of care from the initial exams to the glasses I choose. You couldn't ask for a better place to go for your eye care!

This is Christine Curran. I've seen Dr. Mark Forgues for years. He is always pleasant, kind and professional as is the office staff. I still travel into Worcester to see him!
