My primary care provider recommended Dr. Arinella. I called his office on two (2) separate occasions and caught them out of hours on both occasions. I left messages requesting a call back so I could schedule an appointment. They never returned my calls. I'll look elsewhere.

I see Dr. Mary Gilman and I really like her. My problem is the reception is not friendly or personable. I just called to get advice because my toddler poked me hard in the eye last night and it felt like it was scratched. Today my eye feels normal. I called the office, waited on hold for 6 mins to have someone pick up and hang up on me. Called back and waited on hold again and the woman I spoke to was really delayed with any response and didn't help me at all. Every question I asked she gave practically no response. No help at all. Couldn't even offer me advice on a personal level. Guess I'll be transferring to another office.

I waited an entire hour to be told that the establishment was waiting for a room to place me in. People who arrived after me were being placed into rooms. I have never experienced more of an unprofessional setting in my life. Good vibes though.
