The technician was super nice and greeted me and got started right away. All the checks and tests were going great. However when we got to the virtual doctor portion of the eye exam there were multiple technical issues with the TV not working and then the iPad camera not working. That kind of brings down the whole experience. I live an hour away so decided to shop a bit while waiting to see if issues could be fixed. They eventually were able to resolve the issue and I was able to finish my exam. If not for the tech issues rating would be higher.

Dr. Zopatti was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable! She took her time and I didn't feel rushed, as I have felt at other vision centers. She provided me with information about new cataract procedures which was very helpful. I was also impressed by the modern equipment in the facility at Target. No need to dilate the eyes to get pictures of behind the eye which was great! I'm hopeful that the new prescription will improve my eyesight.

My eye exam went great until I was brought to the front desk after and told I owe $238 because the employees disregarded the personal info and insurance info I gave them and pulled someone else's record and thought I was giving them a nickname instead of my real name. Long story short they said they couldn't bill my vision through medical which they should have known prior when they took all my info instead they did everything then told me I had to pay $238 out of pocket! I think they should have eaten the cost since it was their mistake and jot mine. My insurance covers 100% so I went in there thinking I was getting my exam for free as I have in the past at that same location!!!!
