Totally recommended - excellent throughout the entire process From creating an appointment through exam, selection and final fitting I was treated like family. The final product is literally amazing. I'm an older gentleman who hadn't gotten new glasses for 8 years mostly due to worrying about finding 'the right' optician. I have found them. I love my new glasses and wish I had come here much sooner.

Top notch service. All the 1 stars reviews are pathetic and false. They always measure your frame, how can a bad reception due to your bad service affect their rates? Also, if your insurance doesn't cover why would you want them to give you free services? They have outstanding customer services. I just wish they could open a bit earlier, at least one day of the week.

SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS AND INCREDIBLE STAFF! I had a wonderful experience with State Opticians. They have knowledge, variety, style and great customer service! Tom is one of the most knowledgable men in the industry in the area when it comes to all eye and glasses-related information. He is a wonderful, honest business man and as a customer, I appreciated him so much. I spent over 3 hours trying to pick out the perfect pair of new frames and not only was he patient and kind throughout the process, but we had some fun and made a beautiful experience. Not only did my glasses arrive well before we both anticipated they would, he took the time to explain to me the materials in the glasses - and looked out for my best interests, considering my visual goals. I recommend this wonderful store to anyone!

Dr. Wang was incredibly professional, and to the point. The Doctor listened, and gave precisie, confident responses. The rest of the staff were very friendly. Tom was great to talk through the frame purchase with, where I felt my business there was appreciated.

I started with State Opticians in the 80's when I first needed glasses. These people have become like family. I get a THOROUGH eye exam and the best customer service and support I have ever received. Wonderful selection of frames and they stay current with all the new lenses and products. I would never go anywhere else for my glasses.

The Doctor is really kind and it was the only place in the city that took my insurance and had an opening within a decent amount of time so that was nice; although they dont size you for your frames. So if you dont have the money to play a guessing game when ordering new frames (which is what i am doing) i wouldn't recommend this place.

I wanted to write and thank you. I passed through Worcester for four days last week. I was performing in Once at the Hanover. I needed new glasses, and I came in, fully expecting to have to purchase them, ship them home, and then have them sent to me at a hotel on the road. You can imagine my surprise when your staff went above and beyond what I expected. They helped me pick out frames on Friday, overnighted the lenses, started working on them Monday morning, and handed them to me about an hour before we left town. I absolutely love them, and will forever be indebted to you and your team. In short, I wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I wish that I lived in Worcester, or the surrounding areas, so that I could continue coming to you for any and all help with my glasses and contacts.
