Steve is wonderful! I've purchased all of my glasses from him for years and couldn't be happier. Today, I stopped in with my son after he broke his glasses at basketball practice, and Steve kindly fixed them on the spot. He was incredibly generous and didn't charge us a thing. Exceptional service, as always!

Just left Stephen Welch's office with my new quality hearing aids. "Mr Wonderful" has all the qualities of a great salesman and the "word of mouth" advertising seems to attract a multitude of customers. I always enjoy dealing with the personable Mr. Welch...today, this satisfied customer departed with great Sonic hearing aids at a great price. The coffee cup present was an unnecessary gesture; nevertheless, it was much appreciated.

I left Stephen today and felt like I was on candid camera. I don't know what happened I went in to have him recheck my glasses he said this was my tenth time there. Which I had only been there twice for two pairs of glasses. I threw money at me and told me to take my business somewhere else. I was dumbfounded I said I don't want my money back I just need you to check them he wouldn't even listen to me. Caused a big fuss over it. I told him I just wanted my glasses he then popped out my lenses. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a professional. That I left feeling like what the hack. I went back in to talk to him to see why he was acting like this and he had me escorted out. Never in my life. I would not go back there or send anyone to him.

Steve is one of the best small business owners around. He is attentive and caring with such a great personal touch. The prices are the best around while delivering a high quality product. You will not be disappointed.

I wrote the following years ago - just picked up my 2021 glasses - been away 2 years due to COVID lock-down in ASIA - Stephen is still the best: A true 5 star Optician with old world service and value. Stephen is a true professional with YOUR interest at heart. No BS here! I got new Progressive Bi- focal/Transition glasses and a pair of RX sunglasses (to-die-for) [my first ever] at a truly great value with old world personal service and always a smile. Stephen is always smiling - always welcoming! No need to look anywhere else!
