Adam in Dr. Ding's office has superior customer service skills. During my interaction with him at the front desk, he was professional and kind. The doctor's office was very busy but Adam treated each patient with patience, kindness and respect. He also communicated with each of us about the wait time without us having to ask. I appreciated his enthusiasm and professionalism. Thanks Adam for making UMass a great place to get care!

I had an appointment with Dr Juan Ding today. My visit lasted more than 1 hour however my interaction with dr. Juan Ding lasted 3 minutes or so. To my complete disappointment there was no trial with regards to lenses. Dr. Ding put one set of lenses into frame and asked me if I see good, my answer was yes I do see. Then she walked me to the window and asked if I see outside ok, my answer was I can see. This was it. There was no changing lenses and verifying which one is the best for me. I got prescription based on one set of lenses. Dr. Ding did not check my eyes at all. I never had such a checkup in my life. I would definitively not go back and would not recommend.

Dr. Juan Ding and the staff are great. They are always very friendly, cordial, and professional. I was basically blind and now I can see. I have a very difficult case with my vision. Dr. Ding and the staff took the needed time to make sure that not only can I see properly, but to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend this practice.
