I came in to wait for my partner's eye exam when the receptionist overheard me talking about the fit of my current glasses. He asked what was wrong and fixed the issue in five minutes. I wasn't charged anything as the issue was small but Webster definitely landed a new patient. Wonderful people!

Danny and Dr. Velazquez are the definition of professional and caring. It is so nice to go to a doctor where you you being taken care of and not rushed out of the appointment so the next person can come in because they double book the time slot.
I was fitted for contacts after wearing frames for the paat 25 years and Dr. Velazquez took his time with me and made sure I was able to put them in and remove them comfortably before leaving. When I realized the prescription was not perfect after a few days of trying them [which is normal when switching from frames to contacts] a quick call to Danny and I was in the next day and new trial contacts were given which are now absolutely perfect. I also ordered a new pair of frames in case I have a day where I don't want to mess with contacts as well.

Went to replace my wife's frames that's had broken and was amazed at the prices for designer frames. We left with a new exam, 2 new frames, and a third frame that the doctor was able to fit her old lenses in so she had something to all put with. Staff was super helpful and nice, thanks Daniel! I reached out to Webster Square Vision because my wife's glasses had broke at work and she had no back up pair. The staff was very helpful and friendly in finding a solution that best fit our needs. We ended up getting her an updated exam, purchasing new Coach frames, and they even helped us pick an affordable back up pair as well. With the old lenses the doctor was able to fit them into an even more affordable frame which helped her leave that day with a pair to get her through the week while we waited on new pairs. All in all it was a very good experience, left with 3 pairs and paid a fraction of the price compared to competitors. Thanks to the staff Daniel, and Dr. Velazquez for the help.
