Wait wait and wait. You may be there for 2-4 hours in tbe waiting room. No excuses or apologies from the staff or the doctor. Business as usual. Just winder why they book too many appointments. You might as well let them know your are there and go out for coffee and come back and still you are not attended to. Sorry doc I had to although you are a good person. Peace

Ma acts was at 2:45, it's now 5:16 and im still waiting. There are two people ahead of me.

Family came to clinic when Dr Arinella managed it, now just Mom is left but no more. It's a requirement patients wait 2-3 hours for the appointment. Not an exaggeration. Moms never waited less than 2 in a handful of appointments. I asked the nurse if the doctor triple books, since this must be the cause in my mind (guess not), but his 11am was just being initially seen at 12:45p. And this is ROUTINE. Office supposed to be closed 12-1pm but they spend that time catching up the morning patients. So when afternoon patients get in, I'm sure he's probably gotta grab chow on the fly, if he even has time, and the chaos begins again. What I found was more inappropriate was the staff's response to inquiries about this. OBVIOUSLY they get this all the time. I've asked why several times now. They say hes a great doctor, in a somewhat defensive tone, followed by the insinuation that YOU will expect his attention soon (ie therefore aren't you the cause?). Those are the new ones, the veterans just stay quiet. Now that I've read his other reviews (temper) and now realize its a Medicare chop shop... I'll find Mom someplace that will respect her aging bones a little better.

Someone I know has waited hours for this doctor in his office for surgery multiple times he goes to lunch and has the elderly patients sitting there no respect for them it's wrong it's rude ridiculous and wrong but they don't say anything because they're scared and they worry the necere some people have because they have a degree we're all the same well we're supposed be anyways

Left my 90 year old Mom waiting for 3 hours. Unacceptable and unapologetic......absolutely awful.

Dr Williams is the very best. Very professional and at the top of his field!

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. No one in staff care, unfortunately it seems people Medicare/Medicaid are limited on who takes the insurance.THE WAIT IS SINFUL!!!! Itybeen like this forever even with Arinella there
