Short and simple. Read the other reviews and it's all true! Rude staff, long wait times, will still charge you after proper cancellation, it's all about the money. I have a $35 copay, but was charged $40 every visit. Still don't know why? after asking twice? I was waiting in the waiting room, when a patient came in for her appointment, but since she owed them a balance, they needed payment of some type of payment. Heard the Dr. say" Have her empty her pocketbook and give me what she has" What do you think?

This office is a joke. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge me for a no show when they called to cancel the appointment. Then they are charging my insurance for the appointment that was canceled which I didn't show for which is insurance fraud. The doctor is a miserable and impersonal. They are rude to every patient that comes into the office and all they care about is money. They have no concept of time or respect for other people's time. I was in the office for over three hours. Do not go to this place if you do not have to.

The receptionist at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Because I needed to reschedule my appointment twice I was hare assessed and reminded that I had already rescheduled my appointment twice. The cancellation policy is to call at least two days prior to the date of the appointment. I called to cancel more than 3 days before. The receptionist needs some coaching.

The wait time is long sometimes but the people are very nice. Once you leave the waiting room there are four waiting rooms in the back which I didn't realize until my first visit. The assistant sees you first, and you are then placed in one of the back waiting rooms where you will wait for the doctor. The doctor is very business like, professional and takes his time. You are not rushed and will answer any questions you may have. I have seen some people walk out as the wait time could be as long as 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It is well worth the wait.

Staff and doctor treated my elderly father poorly. To top it off appt. was at 11am, he wasn't attended until almost quarter to noon, and wasnt seen by the doctor until half past noon. If you value time/punctuality and bedside manner this is not the place for you.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I probably would. I visited with my father as he was referred to have his cataracts corrected here. They assured him when he called that the building was handicap accessible. It absolutely is not. The only parking is in the back of the building so you need to go up a hill and around to the front. The front door has what looks like a piece of wood as the ramp. The office is on the second floor and there is no elevator, just a stair chair which is difficult to work. As for care, they are lacking here as well. They never informed us of the option to also have vision correction during the cataract surgery so my father wouldn't have to wear glasses anymore. I would suggest going anywhere else in Worcester.

Visit was unconclusive if I have an allergy to a medication where I lost .75 of my vision. Staff is not helpful when trying to fax those medical records to other businesses. They require you to fax a letter, but I physically dropped one off. They won't fax the medical records because she handed me a copy.. where I said, "what am I suppose to do with this? I don't have a fax machine". The place trying to get my medical records has called numerous times over 2 weeks to get the records and they are not responsive to them. I am trying to get eye surgery to correct my vision and this place is a thorn in my back.

This place is not handicap accessible by any means. They dropped my Mother as a patient without any notice or reason given. She had two cateract surgeries at St. V's which were successful but he said my Mother would have at least 20-40 vision and she doesn't, more like 20-200. The people answering the phones seem to have no idea what's going on.
