I've been going here for about 6/7 years with my daughter. They're always kind and try to be quick. I don't know if people know, but the Worcester location is only open on Tues n Thurs. I always get my glasses in like two weeks unless something extra is being done. I've never had issues with them. Great experiences with them.

My 80 yr old mother has been waiting for her glasses for over a month. I call and there is never an answer. We go there at 10 am on a Tuesday and doors are locked but it says open online. Terrible place for an elder person to even get eyes checked.
