I am the luckiest person to have had Dr. Kleinberg for my cataract surgeries. She has to be the best and most caring doctor I've ever experienced. Dr. Kleinberg and her team are very professional and thorough !! From the beginning of the cataract Diagnosis ,to the removal and after... I knew I had chosen the right doctor. She even called the night of the procedure to make sure that I was OK ...even though I was going to see her the next Afternoon For the follow up appointment .
Thanks dr Kleinberg and Worcester Ophthalmology for making my experience so wonderful!!!

Terrible experience recently at this office. First time patient with a 1030am appt, and at 12:45pm I still had not been seen. When I asked at the desk, I was told it would be another hour or so. My time is more valuable than waiting at offices that overbook or can't manage their schedules. Left the office without being seen. Will find other options who understand the value of people's time..

Everyone I saw today was very pleasant. Easy check in at the front desk. They took me in for my appointment within 10 minutes of being there. The only thing I didn't know about this place is that they don't sell glasses there, you have to go elsewhere. Not a problem for me but may be for others. I will be going back when I need to.

I became a patient of Dr. Gallo after being referred by my sister. He saw me and validated my concerns about my cataracts. I saw Dr. Rachel Robbins and have now had both eyes taken care of. The staff and Dr's. were all wonderful. I would highly recommend this office for both professional skills and knowledge, but also for the warm and caring staff who keep patients comfortable and at ease. Good bye cataracts, I can now drive at night without being blinded by headlights. Thank-you Dr. Robbins.

Dr. Kleinberg did an outstanding job advising me of my options regarding the right IOL for my lifestyle. The results were life changing. My vision is 20/20. The world looks completely different now clear and crisp with vivid colors. I credit Dr. Kleinberg with this she is an incredible person and an incredible surgeon. Recovery was a breeze, with almost no discomfort. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
