Ordered replacement lenses for my glasses, was told 10 days to 2 weeks. Been checking on status every week. last week told me they were shipped called Wednesday they told me they were in. Made the 40 mile trip to find out they were not in!!!! its been 5 weeks!! Not happy!!! Update 7 weeks no lenses will be finding a new place for my families optometry needs. Called 2 weeks ago told them to cancel my order and refund my money. The gal told me she would have the manager call me. No phone call, money has not been refunded!!! Called again today was told she would speak to the manager and have her call me. This is really got me beyond furious!!!!

I highly recommend Meijer Optical. Excellent eye exam, one of the best i've ever had. The Dr. has a lot of experience and takes his time explaining everything. Denise is so helpful and nice. She goes above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience, I really appreciate her. I am a long time glasses wearer and she taught me a few new things. My mom and I both found fabulous frames here too! I have already recommended Meijer Optical to my son, who also had a wonderful experience.

I am so disgusted with Meijer Optical. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for my glasses to come in. It's ridiculous I should have gone to Walmart. I am canceling my husband's appt and im sending him my dad and granddaughter to Walmart. Your optical dept sucks
