The staff was helpful, energetic, and courteous. I was with in 15 minutes of my appointment time, which is think was great for an afternoon appointment. Most doctors' office are 30 or more minutes behind schedule. Dr Mahal was fantastic! She reviewed my medical history to make sure it was all accurate before beginning the exam. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why and answer all of my follow-up questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to exit quickly. She even escorted me to the front desk after the appointment so there was no guess work for me to figure out what I had to do next. I will go back and would recommend Lens Crafters to others.

Everyone was very kind and considerate. Explained things in detail, prices, what you get etc. Best ways to use insurance. Whitney and Casey were fantastic. Only thing I wished is that it would be better cost effective for getting an old glass frames reused. The company could tout it was more of a "GREEN COMPANY". Dr. Neda explained things very clearly.

I have been a customer of Briarwood Lenscrafters in Ann Arbor for many years and they are always friendly, helpful and professional. The optometrist was great, explaining everything well, an including pictures of my exams. The selection of frames is wonderful and they help me choose what's right for me every time .

Had an appt for 12:50'walked out after 2 hrs. They kept seeing walk ins between my spot so I'd have to wait a half hour each time a dr saw me or I had a question about glasses options. She left me waiting an hr while she tried to figure out how to do a prism The dr had no idea how to do a prism tried telling me I didn't have one and also almost wrote a script where I had double vision w/o the prism she had to call my old dr to get my old script and just wrote the same one again. Terrible. I will never shop here again. The dr obviously does not know how to handle prisms or working on one patient at a time. The prices were also jacked up more than anywhere else just to appear it was 50% off yet with the discount it was the same prices as everyone else. Total scam total
