5-star experience from beginning to end! I needed a new prescription for contact lenses, and the entire team was amazing.
Casie guided me through all the tests and carefully prepared me for the doctor. She explained every step in detail and made me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Mahal was incredibly sweet and professional. Her exam was thorough, and she was flexible and attentive to my needs.

Melyssa at the Briarwood store is phenomenal and has given me the most exceptional customer service I've ever had EVER ( I've worked in customer service as well so know ) , and not just once , but I've been there 4 times and each and EVERY time Melissa exceeds my expectations with her hospitality and knowledge of the products . Because of Melyssa, my experience with LensCrafters has surpassed all others and I'll only shop there now. Melyssa's expertise and high quality level of service ( I believe ) should be rewarded and acknowledged with a promotion to at least Zone VP. Whitney is amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and made me feel welcome and taken care of. I had a very unique situation and needed help with my vision after surgery on my right eye. To add to the dilemma...I am leaving on a plane to Asia in 6 days. She seamlessly coordinated everything...got me in for an exam with the doctor, getting me into a pair of glasses and a supply of contacts...all this in under a couple hours. Got my eye exam today with Dr. Stacy and she is a great! Educated me about my eyes and images she took and how it works. It was really cool to see the tests and understand them. Dr. Stacy is fantastic! And on the retail side went to Melissa, picked the lenses and she made my glasses right on the spot! She was very professional, easy to talk to. In the middle of my emergency and time crunch, she was very pleasant. I am really happy that I went there and I will always go back

Really appreciated the professional and technical expertise of Emily (@Briarwood Mall) who very politely helped readjust 2 pairs of glasses that were ill fitting due to misalignment. Emily was deft at identifying the problem, taking the glasses apart, making the needed adjustments and even cleaned them, all within a few quick minutes! We were all so impressed with Emily's efficiency and skill, and extremely happy and comfortable again with properly fitting glasses.

Anna was awesome. She understood what I wanted; knew how to hop between different brands of frames; never tried to upsell me; and got me through the purchase of two pairs of eyeglasses quickly. The unsurpassable evaluation process I experience here is the best I have ever encountered during life, and I am a senior citizen.
