I have only been living in this area for a short amount of time, but after living in several areas of the nation.. I have to say this facility has some of the nicest customer service employees I have ever met. I was treated with kindness. My services were not rushed. The front desk ladies and Dr. James-Fenn were phenomenal. I was impressed with Dr. James-Fenn's bedside manner and person-ability. The facility was well kept and I liked the selection of glasses Thank you for everything.

Overall very good experience. The optometrist is very nice and patient. She cares about the patients' comfort. The parking lot is at a busy area so be careful when driving there, but overall I recommend this clinic

I wanted to make an eyeglass , I found one frame on the shelf it was the price of $120 without insurance and she requested me to pay $275.and the original price it without insurance $325. and my insurance company it's caver to all eyeglasses so refused the order .then I get other place I paid only $18 and with warranty 1 years.I recommend not going there .. or asking other stores before going there... good luck for everyone who makes eyeglasses there

I had an excellent experience here!! All of the ladies are SO incredibly kind and honest. The doctor (I think her name was Jean) was also AMAZING! She listened to my concerns about my eyes, gave me the perfect prescriptions and now i can see again!! They have the LARGEST selection of frames, too! So many styles to choose from, you're guaranteed to leave with the perfect frame for you (in my case it was 3 frames! because who can pick only 1 when the selection is THAT good). The ladies helped me decide what looked best on my face, and even had fun helping me pick. I had a really good experience here, the energy and friendliness of all the staff are off the charts. I highly recommend!
