I had a great first-time experience at Direct Optical-Canton!! Very personable experience and the team is fantastic! I honestly felt like I was the only client there. It was truly an experience! Dean helped me with several options and we landed on a pair I love! A true stylist! Alan gave great client service and explained everything thoroughly. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

First time here, and will definitely be coming back for future eyewear needs. I recently went in for new glasses, which can sometimes be an overwhelming process, but the team made it such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me feel confident in my choice. I never felt rushed or pressured. Highly recommend!

I've been wearing glasses and getting eye exams since 1990. Direct optical was recommended to me by a close friend that they were the best. This was an understatement! My eye exam was not rushed, I finally felt like someone got it right and it was comfortable during the process. When I went to pick out glasses I wasn't pressured to pick something and the selection was huge! Diana spent time and found some great frames for me. I ended up purchasing three. I came in for one. I haven't seen This clear in years, I'm walking around seeing in 3D. Do yourself a favor and get treated like a customer/royalty with direct optical. Thank you eyeglass family!

My 2 sons and I switched 3 years ago to Direct Optical and absolutely no regrets! The staff has been the same for 3 years which is great to see that they don't have an high turnover. All the staff is amazing! They are welcoming, patient, take their time in answering all your questions, helpful, they make sure you are satisfied and happy. Faith does the ordering your glasses and contacts and deals with the insurance process. She's amazing honest and lets you know what's the best route to go to save you money. Dr. Hanson is super thorough, checks everything and makes sure you understand everything with your eye health! He has a great personality and is bubbly. You can tell he loves his job! I would high recommend Direct optical!

I have been to this location multiple times for both contacts, glasses and sunglasses and I'm pleased everytime with the selection and service! The owner is so personable and today the salesperson Faith, my fellow Pisces, took very good care of my sunglass needs. She suggested multiple frames until we found the perfect pair! She was welcoming, knowledgeable and a joy to work with and talk to. Great job Direct Optical!

Overall great place for eye care needs. Staff are kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Dean has been my personal stylist for last couple of years and has done a superb job at ensuring eyewear fits my style, budget needs, and even at times challenges me to upgrade my fashion sense. Alan was my optician at my most recent visit and was phenomenal at ensuring my questions regarding benefits were answered, ensured I maximized benefits and met budget needs without compromising style choices. I've also worked with the fantastic ladies (Diana, Faith, Mariana) at the Canton location and they have also been very supportive and provide service that is second to none.

Very comprehensive selection of frames. The Dr. was very transparent and provided more than adequate answers. Dean, did a fantastic job preparing a curated selection of frames based upon my preference and talked me through the pros, cons and preferences for each frame.
