***update*** I searched everywhere for an apology. This establishment is clearly tone deaf or the responses are from the problem child who works here. Over 80% of the one reviews are about poor customer service, and the issue cannot be eveyone else. ************************* Original post : I walk in this place and Brett is at the front desk was gossiping. Clearly I was interrupting his day. He refused to help me find a pair of glasses. Telling me there were over a 100 pair, that "you can go through yourself" after I gave him specific color and size specs (which he claimed "meant nothing"). We went to 4 other stores - all understood the assignment. Brett hates his job and should consider non-customer facing employment opportunities. I have never been so disrespected. Keep your business. They don't need it

I wish I could give them more than five stars of service was amazing and the guy at the front desk was not only extremely helpful but extremely cute! Shout out to the team that goes all the way to make sure you're leaving satisfied with your purchase.

Dr. Dan Trainor is professional and did a excellent job. Andrew did a awesome honest job at helping me pick out my glasses and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place they are very professional , knowledgeable ,and friendly and were very helpful. I am a returning customer and they provided me with the same great service as always. I love my new glasses and new contacts. They had a decent amount of glasses to choose from. I also noticed how well they were with the children that were also there being so professional with them as well as me.

Walked in with a question young gentleman with black hair wearing glasses at the desk did not even acknowledge me. It was a Tuesday at about 11:30. He was on a call what seemed to be personal next answered a incoming call while placing his friend on hold still never even saying to me just one moment. He proceeded to make an appointment with the caller at that point I left. Feeling like what type of service is this. I felt that he was very rude with no type of customer service or care. I will be finding a different location going forward.

This place become very bad and looks like they dont care old customer. We are using this place since 2016 and had good service until July 2024. In 2023, frames found to be poor quality and used to crack by itself. We had replacement free of cost 3 times as frame was under warrenty and looks manufacturing defect. Though in 2024, the new frame started cracking within 1-2 months. When tried to get help then warrenty does not cover it and asking to pay 50% cost of frame. Not sure what changed in last couple months, this place is absoluted not recommended anymore!

Rude guy at the desk chubby dude seems sassy and not Professional at ALL.. I walked out and found a same day place a mile up the road..

I have been a customer for nearly 10-years. I predominantly go for annual eye exam and glasses. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Karen in particular is a true sweetheart. At this year's eye exam, she assisted me with a sensitive issue and she handled it with tact and extreme professionalism. Overall, I highly recommend this eyecare center!

Dr Trainor, Liz & Andrew were professional, knowledgeable & understanding. They were tuned into my needs & concerns with getting my 1st pair of glasses. I even checked out their GC location, but picked a pair that worked better for my face shape at their canton location. Both locations have an excellent variety. So much so that I had to do my shopping in 2 separate trips to make my mind up!
