I was so glad that, when Dr. Weber retired, his staff stayed with Dr. Peracha. They are all so kind and welcoming and always willing to answer questions. The office wouldn't be the same without them. This was my first visit with Dr. Peracha and I found him to be so personable. He was also thorough and took his time explaining the treatment in a way I could understand. Dr. Weber was a hard act to follow, but Dr. Peracha fits the bill. He's now my new ophthalmologist.

Very friendly office and for a medical type customer service where you arrive on time and they make you wait for 30 minutes to an hour, Dr. Peracha office was not that case. I arrived 15 mins early, filled out my paperwork, and was called within 5 mins of my appointment time. The staff walked me through each step of my procedures and what was going to happen next. Dr. Peracha was very friendly and personable in a professional manner. A great experience and I think I found my eye doctor!

For such an amazing past experience, I could not be more disappointed in today's phone call literally 10 days before my appt. The office staff called and just canceled both me and my husband's appointment and said they no longer work Saturdays. I also work in the medical field and really feel like this is horrible customer service. Every appt we tried to make, he was either in surgery or not working that day. Finally was able to get an appt about 8 wks later and have to take time off work to go. I understand that speciality clinics may only have hours during the week , but believe that information is known upfront. To cancel existing appts with only 10 days notice is unprofessional , especially when I had to wait so many weeks to get in.

The doctor removed my cataracts on both eyes at the Novi Surgical Center. I couldn't believe all of the charges from the surgery at that Center. The doctor doesn't include use of the surgery center, anesthesiologist services or nurses services in his bill! You are nickle and dimed a ridiculous amount of charges from his surgeries. I expect a bill from the custodians next! I would read the paperwork very carefully the amount of charges you will get is surprising!
