The Vision Center

I had an urgent issue and they fit me right in first thing in the morning. I am new to the area and was a new patient. They were all great. Cole was my doctor and I was very comfortable and developed quick rapport. Corey and Amber were also very welcoming and had a great sense of humor. A perfect experience when I really needed one!!!

I just had to share my incredible experience at The Vision Center! From start to finish, the staff at The Vision Center provided excellent customer service and kindness when I needed it most. From speaking to Ari on the phone who scheduled my emergency appointment (they were able to get me in same day!), to my great experience with Dr. Jordan, everyone I spoke to was kind and put my mind at ease. Dr. Jordan was great and so knowledgeable!

Fantastic Service! We came here because they accept Davis Eye Insurance. I needed my daughter's glasses repaired (hinges were broken), and their tech repaired in minutes. I wanted to buy prescription sunglasses, and was able to find the frames I liked. The staff was very friendly and prompt. I'm so glad we came here, plan on returning again!

Couldn't be happier with the vision center! Doc listened to me talk about my anxieties with my vision and answered every one of my questions with kindness and clarity. Upon receiving my glasses, the folks working the front didn't seem to have dealt with my style I ordered much, but that didn't stop them from getting my frames to fit my face perfectly. Everyone is very patient and competent here and I'll be recommending

Dr.Jack does an amazing job with my father. He does not care for doctors or appts and she puts him at ease. We appreciate the extra special care. Terrific staff and wonderful testing to keep on top of eye health. Keep up the good work!!

Dr Jack, Dr Pierce and the new optometrist all provide excellent service. No rushing you through exams. All are wonderful with addressing your concerns and Qs and providing clear explanations. Cheryl and Corey are terrific as well, providing up front cost and insurance coverage info and friendly caring service. Please consider coming here if you're shopping for another optical office. My family and I have been very happy.

Dr. Jack is a very professional lady who cares for her patients. For those who may have to wait, another patient may have a problem so will gladly wait to be seen. The staff is great! My glasses needed to be cleaned & Corey did a good job to tighten the bows & check my glasses out. Thank you to everyone.

The Vision Center was exactly what I was looking for in an eye doctor! If you've ever gone to an eye appointment and felt like you were rushed through, dismissed or otherwise not taken care of, I can assure you: you will not feel that way here. From the front desk staff, to the technicians, to the optometrists, everyone in the building is dedicated to ensuring you have an excellent experience. All of my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered, they were upfront about all procedures and pricing, and I look forward to seeing them again as my primary vision care providers.
