Disappointed because Dr. Budge was running 40 to 50 minutes behind for my 10:40am appointment and I could not wait that long due to other commitments. I ran into a friend in the waiting room whose appointment was at 9:30 and she was still waiting to see him. I have been going to LOEye Care for years and this is the first time this happened. Dr. Budge is usually prompt, friendly and very professional. It's a Monday so there's that!

You could walk in there be nervous and that won't last long. They answer any question.
DR Budge explained everything and answered any question I had. He wanted a test in grand ledge and wanted me to see him after that to compare the results and check pressure. I was glad to have the appointments the same day. The staff are nice in person and on the phone.

There was an issue with my right eye and Dr. Budge was not only an advocate for finding the root of the problem, he worked unselfishly with his colleagues and showed the patient comes first care. I would highly recommend him.

PLEASE, schedule less patients. I understand if you're under staffed. SOLUTION - schedule less patients in a day and please informed patient apt time Kim 2 hours do they can plan appropriately. Will not see Dr. Budge again.

The wait time was terrible , my appointment was at 9:50 . I didn't get to see Dr. Budge almost 11:35 . The time spent in his chair was about 10-12 mins. Although he did give me a diagnosis , he was quite thorough , I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took to see him

Dr. Budge was very thorough. This was a recheck on the pressure in my eyes. He ran a number of tests to make sure everything was okay, which it was. Glad he is so cautious with my eyes. He explained all that was done.
