Had an excellent visit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a weird insurance situation that they were very helpful and patient with. I did have to pay out of pocket eventually (nothing that was their fault, literally just got kicked from my insurance) but the exam was reasonably priced. Darci in particular was assisting me with my frames, I did choose to order a pair from somewhere else however, she went above and beyond to try and help me find a pair that I liked and was super patient with me. Overall excellent visit and Dr. Goeman is a pleasant conversationalist, answered all my questions with a smile.

Darci is the best, I love her enthusiasm, she is such a great person to ask when you have any questions. Dr Goeman is great at explaining things that are happening with your eyes and takes her time with her patients. All around great place and people

Completely unprofessional, I was very unhappy with my visit today. For starters I arrive for my appointment and walk in to speak to lady at the front desk, first thing I see is a vape just sitting out in the open on her desk, I brushed it off, not my business not my problem, I had earlier spoke to someone on the phone about a eye exam that I didn't think was necessary because I didn't need one and did not want, I was told it would be excused this time and I would NOT have to do it. At my appointment once I get called back they tried to say I needed to do the exam and I tried to explain I didn't want to and the lady I spoke with on the phone said I didn't have to get one, they continued to try and say I absolutely needed it and I gave up I told them no and that this was unprofessional and not what I was told, I told her I will not be back and she gave a snoody smile and said "okay" complete waste of my time and so unprofessional please do better. We deserve better.

Was quick and the pricing for daily contacts matched, if not beat competitors while also having rebate options to further reduce cost. Darci was an awesome help in the process.

Darci was great help! I came in to get my glasses adjusted and tightened and she helped me and the service was overall excellent!
