The optometrist is great, he is very professional and kind. The rest of the service is severely lacking. One of the ladies was asked to help me find frames, when I simply told her what I wanted I was given an attitude and rudely told whatever they have is out on display. I understood that, I thought someone who works there would have a better idea of what is in stock than the customer who comes in once a year. Guess not. When it came time for billing I was rudely told they don't accept my insurance when they did last year and the year before, they told me my insurance card didn't state anything about optical when it clearly does. I have gone to this vision center 3 times, once a year for eye exams and glasses. I try not to deal with the fat lady(can't remember her name, frankly I dont care) because she always gives me a bad attitude but she'll be overly nice to my wife when she goes in. After the horrible service yesterday I will not be back.

For me, one of the greatest thing is to renew my prescription & get new contact lenses & glasses. However, I visit more than once a year just to say hi to the vision specialists wko work there. They are fantastic people & employees; always greeting everyone with an attitude of jovial professionalism.

I was treated very rude, and told that I could not have the lenses I needed for my new glasses. I contacted other vision centers in the area and was told I could have two different lenses.
