Suprised to have seen bad reviews on this particular Dr. Fraser Vipond after 2015. He passed away in 2015. He has been my opthmologist from 1962 to 2015. He was a 5 star Doctor. He was a Doctor for over 50 years!!!

I can not believe this man is still allowed to practice.. the first time I went was approx. 30 yrs. ago. I had a softball size tumor in my head and he never even suspected it even with all the symptoms I presented. To make matters worse his staff is quite questionable, the office was pretty filthy and you had to wait 2- 3 hours just to see him! He was supposed to be one of the best even though I must admit they were not as up on acoustic neuromas then. In short I was a lot younger, and more gullible. My advice ..RUN!!!!!

HORRIBLE office!!! Dirty. Rude. Kept me waiting for AN HOUR AND A HALF and then didn't even address my concern. RUN, don't walk AWAY!
4/25/17 Update- this office is so bad that they just called me up for the second time today in the past six or eight months asking me if I'd ever completed my appointment with them. When I suggested that they possibly want to take better records and that I was unhappy with my original visit the girl actually hung up on me. Again, run, do not walk away from this office!

They are liars and cheats. They are not organized. Attitudes not very pleasant, very rude. Very dirty atmosphere. They can't keep an organized system, accts in the system are so messed up. Respect is so far down on the list.
