Eye exam was alright, waited 2 weeks for my glasses to come in, get all the way down there and the prescription is completely wrong. Bigger issue was I gave the prescription they gave me from my eye exam to my job for safety glasses so it messed that up big time. Had to wait another two weeks for correct glasses to come in. They had told me they can ship them right to me since they fit already, still wound up getting a text and email that they were at the eye doctor and that I can come pick them up. Another trip to flint, by some miracle the glasses were finally correct. Now I've gotta wait another two weeks for safety glasses. Super inconvenient, felt like nobody recognized me walking in as if I wasn't someone who's had to come down 3 times to get a pair of glasses. Felt super impersonal and like no one was really sorry or cared that it happened. Nice ladies just apathetic. No one even said sorry for the mixup or anything. Will not be coming back for my appointment next September, I'll just go back to Meijer like i should've from the beginning.
