Eyeglass World

Beautiful experience. Charity and Dr. Shery were both very helpful and knowledgeable. While I waited for both pair of glasses (only an hr or so) I was able to enjoy the surrounding area. I actually feel like even with no insurance I still got more than what I and paid less than I expected. I'm confident about the help I received and would highly recommend this location

I went on a Sunday 2:15 was my appointment time.. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes and then I heard somebody say they're 2 hours behind when I asked they said they were.. a phone call would have been nice. After the exam I was told to go look at frames. An hour later nobody still approached to me. I paid the bill for my eye exam and I left. I never seen the eye doctor. My appointment was talking through a webcam. I don't see how this place stays open. In the summer. I called to reorder contacts. The gentleman told me he could not help me because he was going to eat his lunch. He said he would call me back and never did.. how does this place stay open.

I love Charity!!! I came in around 5:30p and was helped by Charity. She answered all of my questions and I was able to get my glasses prescription filled the same day. I was on my last contact, literally one in the left eye. She listened and she didn't judge

The ladies here are wonderful, very clean, very friendly, lots of glasses selections!! The Drs were top tier, they use allot of high tech equipment, then they explained every test, the results, and what those results meant in terms of prescription needs. They were completely transparent and made it very easy to understand!!

The staff it's very professional efficient & warming. They work with you in every aspect with the best kindly intentions. Thank you Mrs. Jules for all the help & warming treatment finding the perfect glasses!!!

2026 visit to eyeglass world was great ! Jen did are initial sit down and order 2 pairs she was extremely attentive to what I needed and placed my order, was told up to two weeks then 4 days later they where in , outstanding ! I went to get them and Yonnie took care of the fitting and cleaning she too was very attentive to my needs , I will always recommend eyeglass world, Don't forget the optometrist who did a great job with adjusting the lenses to get a great view ! This was my first time stopping into Eyeglass World on Miller Rd in Flint, Michigan. I just went to see if they had any frames that I liked because my regular office never does. I really didn't think that I would find a single pair but to my surprise I actually found two pairs of frames. I decided to make an appointment to have my vision checked because I was due. But when the technician entered in my insurance she told me that they were not in my network. I was totally bummed. I didn't want to pay extra out of pocket because I wanted to stay within a certain budget with all the extras that I have added to my lenses. I couldn't believe that "Jules" the technician that was helping me was giving me so many different options that I didn't even think were possible, but she knew that I liked the frames and if I had to buy them out right I could. She also gave me the option to have my eyes checked at my normal eye doctor and said to bring back the new prescription and they will make my glasses. She tried to save me as much money as possible vs. trying to up sell me or try to talk me into something that I really didn't want. I was so impressed with her and thought that it would be okay if I spent a little more out of pocket that my insurance wouldn't pay for. By the time it was all said and done I had my eye exam there with the doctor. She took her time and was very thorough. She answered all of my questions without rushing me through the process. I bought two pairs of frames. I had a pair made into transition lenses so that I could use them as sun glasses and still have the prescription lenses. Both set of glasses were ready the very next day for pick up. Usually one pair takes 7-14 days to have made at my previous eyeglass place. I was beyond thrilled that I made the decision to stay at Eyeglass World. Please go see my new friend Jules Carpenter. She will take care of you. Well all of the technicians there are very nice.
