It was nice,engaging,prompt and funny.
The specialist answered all my questions and took many tests which I was happy with since I'm a senior citizen.
Plus the lady employee gave me accurate directions too get there,also it's a nice building inside and out.
I was very pleased with my overall experience. And they had a large variety of glasses too choose from.The lady employee didnt rush me in choosing my new glasses.I was also greeted upon arriving too,which was a nice touch.I definitely will be a returning client.The bonus was it wasn't far from my home either.

Dr.Ternes is awesome, very knowledgeable and personable, he really knows how to make you comfortable. The Doctors front end girls are the best, very professional at the same time making you so comfortable you feel like you have known them for a long time. I've been coming here for years since they closed the one by me. They always get me in and out. Dr. Ternes always informs me of any possible issues. The customer service is always great. Denika, the store manager always helps me pick out frames that fit my personality well. Today I got to work with the assistant manager, Brittany, and she was just a great. They were amazing, and definitely worth the drive.

The store staff was amazing! Energetic and kind only begins to describe the two lovely female employees. I had stopped in after a competitor had me waiting 50 minutes for an appointment in a nearly empty store so I left and was helped immediately at Pearl Vision by the store manager. I left with a smile and will be a returning customer. 10/10 btw the remote eye exam experience was great and easily the best eye exam I've ever had.

Let me start by saying we usually do everything through SVS but the Flint location was so rude. Walked into Pearl Vision and the ladies was a breath of fresh air. My son needed glasses asap heading back to College. They got him together and glasses sent to Kentucky. I went back Wed got an exam and ordered glasses for myself.
