I called to make an appointment. The woman said that they accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. Then I made an appointment and she wanted my insurance information. She would only take my primary. Even though she said they accept both of my insurance companies, she said that they will only bill one and the 20% that my secondary insurance would cover would have to come out of my own pocket!! NEVER go to this place! They only want as much cash as they can get! She probably bills the secondary companies, then pockets the cash she gets from the victims that go to this scam of a company! I will be reporting this to the BBB!

Everything was great, except for the lenses. They won't clean always foggy, I am not the only one that is experiencing this issue, buy your glasses somewhere else.

The clinician was more than 30 minutes late for an appointment I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for. As a fellow clinician in another healthcare field, I can say this is unacceptable.
In fairness to the front desk staff, they were pleasant and apologetic.
