Dr. Waters and his staff are exceptional! From the first visit through my cataract surgery and follow-up care, I felt completely confident and well cared for. Dr. Waters took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and reassured. The entire team is professional, kind, and efficient. My vision has improved so much, and I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Waters and his wonderful staff!

I recently had the Symfony lens put in by Dr. Waters at Complete Eye Care. I can't believe how much better I can see. I don't even need glasses anymore. I can read and see menus no problem. It's nice not to have to constantly reach for and find a pair of glasses. Dr. Waters listened to my concerns about wanting to improve my vison for hunting, since it had been slowly dropping off. I feel completely confident going into next season. He did my surgery at The Surgery Center in Flint. I had a great experience. I was in and out in about an hour and a half and then on my way home. Dr. Waters and his staff and super compassionate and caring. I felt completely at ease going into my surgery. I can't recommend them enough.

Had cataract surgery on both eyes after my regular eye doctor recommended Dr. Water's and complete eye care. Everything was explained to me in great detail and I am so pleased I decided to get it done. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly and made sure I was comfortable before and after the surgery. The surgery was a complete success as I no longer need glasses to drive or read. Dr. Water's told me I could benefit from the better lens in my right (dominant eye) and a regular lens in the left. It has worked out great I now have 20/25 sight. I have the Cadillac lens in the right eye and the Chevy lens in the left. LOL Also a Thanks to my eye doctor David M. Coriasso, OD for sending me to Complete Eye Care and Dr. Water's.

I dont usually comment on businesses I use. This time I feel I had to comment. Go here. Before you go get glasses at the big box stores, go here. I went to a different eye doctor first but I didn't feel comfortable. I went here next. I needed cataract surgery. Never have I been so pleased with the outcome of visiting a doctor. Doctor Young actually has a personality. AND I didnt have to wait in the lobby for my appointment. The staff is fantastic too. I didn't remember the daylight was so clear. I had gotten used to dingy gray/brown. Do not pass go. Go here.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes. The treatment and care I got at Complete Eye Care was exceptional. Dr. Waters is very personable and caring. I would recommend them to everyone. I no longer need to wear my glasses!

Dr. Waters and Complete Eye Care are the best. Not only is he a great doctor, he is very reassuring and kind. He thoroughly explains your procedure and answers all your questions. Michelle and the rest of his staff are awesome . Very happy I went there for my cataract surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waters for a few years now. I show up today and they tell me that I owe $300 because I haven't met my deductible which didn't Surprise me. What did surprise me and did NOT make me happy is that they wanted to charge me 3% for using my CC to pay the bill. Who is walking around carrying $300 in cash right now. Had I known ahead of time that I needed to bring my check book so that I could have written a check I would have been prepared for that. So, I asked if I could mail in my payment. (keep in mind I have been a good patient of their for a few years and have never owed them anything. So, she went back to check with the manager and I was told I needed to reschedule. I took the day of work for my appt so believe me I was not happy. So they were worried they would not get their $300 by me mailing them a check. I should have been told that they charge 3% if using a CC so that I could have planned ahead of time to bring cash or my check book. So they would not see me and told me I'd need to reschedule. NOPE. not happening. You just lost way more than $300 from today. You lost me as a patient. I do not appreciate the way I was treated and did not Appreciate them wanting to charge me an additional 3% on top of the $300.00. It's the cost of doing business. Just a lack of communication on their part that cost them a patient. I will be finding a new eye doctor.

Dr Waters and his staff provide excellent Eye Care they are very knowledgeable courteous and compassionate in all they do providing patience with accurate diagnosis and options for solutions that fit your budget. I would recommend Dr Waters and complete Eye Care to anyone with concerns for their vision issues!
