If you have a Medicare advantage plan you better make sure they don't take advantage of you the way they did me. I made an appointment because my McLaren plan said this company will take my insurance. They took it alright. Even when I said I had never had these test done before, not one of them told me that these tests will cost you more over a regular eye test. So I get a bill for 2 copays 30.00 for each extra test. All I wanted was a regular eye exam, in not the extras that they want to get paid for. When your disabled these companies should not be allowed to take advantage of seniors. They took advantage of me don't let them do it to you.

This is the worst place ever to get new glasses. My son has been waiting for 38 days for his new glasses. I have called many times and I keep getting told they are still at the lab. When are they going to release his glasses so we can pick them up. I am told this is what happens often glasses are delayed for months. I asked if it was just my son's glasses being held up and receptionist said no it happens often. My son needs his glasses to see better, but they certainly don't care about that. If I have known this before I would never have taken him there to get new glasses. I am not happy with this company at all. They wouldn't give me the labs phone number. Not happy Adding to original post, today June 8, 2025. Delta vision not one time call my son to let him know that there was any problems or delays with his glasses. Not one time did they call or text him, yes they have his phone number. But they did NOW text my son and said that the LAB dropped and broke the LENS IN HIS GLASSES. Now we know why. And today is NOW 40 days without his glasses. FINALLY picked up my son's glasses after 56 days. From April 29, 2025 to today June 24, 2025. Not happy with this place

This place is horrible. I cancelled an appointment once and now I have to call everyday to see if they have a same day appointment?!?? Crazy. And EVERY time I call, they don't have one and they are just rude! It will take forever to get your glasses or contacts and then you're paying an arm and a leg. I actually was seen once and never again, after that, it's been this calling everyday and it's ridiculous! I will be choosing somewhere else to go! And why does this place associate with Delta Vision?? They are NOTHING like the REAL Delta Vision places I've been too! This place is horrible! Find somewhere else, Just a warning!!!!

Yesterday was my first appt here and what a breath of fresh air!! I have been dealing with TERRIBLE dry eyes that has dramatically decreased my quality of life! I had been seeing another eye doctor for 8+ months and Dr Espy covered more and found more out about my condition(s) in one appt than the other did in 8 months! Not only does she have state of the art equipment compared to others, she takes the time with you and really explains things well! You can tell she is genuine and cares! I feel like I have a plan for the first time! I am hopeful thanks to Dr Espy and looking forward to my next appt! The staff was extremely helpful and kind as well!

I paid for two pair of glasses after my insurance that was around $500. Scheduled my daughter an appointment for the following week since we were getting ready to go on strike. When we got to the end of her appointment. The sales representative said I owed a balance. Which was crazy because I had paid it full the week before. She said that they forgot to bill me for something. I replied that wasn't my fault to cancel it, I wasn't paying anymore money. The lady stated she will see what she can do. I didn't hear back. I texted their message system stating to cancel. Not long after I was told to come pickup. I refused because I was not paying any more money. Not long after I put in a dispute with my credit card because I never received my glasses. This happened in August 2023. Now April of 2024 a debit collection agent is stating that I owe them money for glasses I never received. Beware of this place. I will personally bash their business every chance that I get. I wish I could leave no stars. Beware!!! I posted this on their business page on Facebook as well as mine. Spend your money elsewhere!! Add on response to what you stated since I could not post under your statement. Order was not started at that time. The black lady in the office told me when I was there with my child. I told her I wasn't giving anymore money and she would look into it and get back with me. She never did! These actions will never result in any luck for you or her. But, as stated I will continue to tell everyone about my experience and to spend their money elsewhere!

Our experience with Dr. Espy has been excellent. The time and care she put into each one of our appointments showed she was interested in us. The staff was kind and caring and made sure we were comfortable. The updates to the office was also a nice change. 100% satisfied with Dr. Espy and staff.

Since I've been going there they have been such wonderful ladies and so respectful me and my son was there today and they always have a smile on their faces and they go above and beyond to help you also I remember how they comfort me when I started crying in the office because I had just lost my husband i do really love those ladies

Excellent service, zero wait time. The staff was kind and professional. I witnessed a rude customer at the front desk, and the receptionist handled the situation maturely and respectfully (more than the rude lady deserved!). The office was clean and neat. Fair to good selection of frames to choose from. Dr. Espy was thorough and personable. My only caveat is that they told me it would be 1 to 2 weeks to receive my daughter's glasses, which seems like a lengthy wait in this day and age. Overall very satisfied. I recommend Deltavision.
