The staff at Flint Optical are extremely helpful and the service was beyond exceptional. I'm so happy that my coworker referred me to them! Ordering contacts can be a challenge, but going through Bill was a breeze.

Bill, is amazing and caring! I was visiting from out of town and traveling with a puppy. My puppy chewed up my glasses while I was sleeping. I could not see. Luckily, I also wear contacts. Bill had contacts that he gave me at no charge! I am also here for a limited time. He put a rush on getting new glasses made for me prior to my departure. Provided the kind of treatment we just don't see anymore.

The staff is extremely rude and dismissive They treat Children HORRIBLE!!!! They honestly think they are the only eyeglass company in the area.....AMERICAS BEST IS BETTER! I should have never even gave you a chance to screw my son and I over! Enjoy your honest review! Also I read through your other reviews and I'm glad we left your business before you had the chance to make a single penny off of us!

This place and the employees are amazing!! I actually had a panic attack inside of their office and they helped me so much! They said such kind things to me, gave me water, allowed me to sit down and collect myself, somebody was there with me the whole time. The eye exam itself was very thorough and I was pleased with the doctor. They were very informative and friendly, they helped me pick out a better pair of glasses than the ones I picked myself (lmao) and I am so happy with them!! They look so nice and I can see so much better!! Thank you Flint Optical!

Would not recommend this place if you have Medicaid insurance. They told me if would be a month to get my daughters glasses because we had Medicaid blue cross complete. 2 and a half months later they still had not done her glasses. I went to svs vision to get mine a recommend by my vision office and they had my glasses done on Friday when I went in on Monday afternoon. Less than a week. So I took my daughter to svs since she can get a back up pair with the Medicaid insurance. Svs had her glasses done in 4 days. We ended up canceling the pair from this place the wait was absurd. Makes no sense why svs could get them done in less than a week and this place couldn't do it in almost 3 months? Strange. But otherwise nice people. We just needed my daughters glasses as hers were broken.

So far it has been one of worse dealings with a optical service in Genesee County. I have spent s large amount on glasses there and got screwed on a replacement situation that I have the insurance company investigating right now. Out of all the money that I have tied up in this mess I still can't see right out of what I got from them after three do overs. I recommend highly to stay out of this place because if there is anyway to beat you out of some insurance money or cash believe me they will attempt it. Now I must wait until my benefits start over for next year and I won't be buying glasses in Genesee County again. Kenneth Mattison

Our experience was amazing. The compassion and kindness we got from each staff member was nothing short of amazing. I love Dr. Purdy , she was so sweet and patient with my 6 y/o who was pretty nervous. Great family atmosphere. 10/10
