Dr. Engelman is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions, which I didn't have many of because she explained most everything without me having to ask. Great experience from check-in, to selecting and ordering my new glasses.

Everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful - from the receptionists, to the techs, to the opticians (they're the best!), and the doctors. Dr. Engelman is amazing - I can't say enough good things about her. She is very nice, patient and thorough. She is probably the best eye doctor I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot!).

Long wait. Almost 3 hours ,and TINA that works in the optical picking out eyeglasses. She is the rudest person I've ever seen. I'm still in shock. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND GET GLASSES FROM HER.
