I took my 5 year old daughter to see Dr. Neuenfeldt when she needed an eye exam and they helped us pick out glasses. All the staff are patient and kind, both of the Dr.'s are great, and have helped make the whole process amazing. I started going here myself and got myself reading glasses. Anytime I have had any issues they have no problem getting me in quickly and my daughter loves going back! Highly recommend for all ages

Today was my first time and I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked in until I walked out. The staff is friendly and so helpful. It is decorated beautifully, not that it matters but an added bonus. I'm looking forward to picking up my glasses, can't wait!! I definitely recommend them.

Just tried to make my husband an appointment. They were all ready and willing to see him had appointment time set. They then asked about insurance, we have insurance, however not all vision services may be covered. We may need to pay out of pocket for a portion of the visit. This company than began to do whatever it took to get me off the phone. They would not take my husband because he may pay cash. In English that means... This company/Doctor only takes insurance because they can overcharge the insurance company.
A terrible review simply due to greed.

If you would like a welcoming, knowledgeable and nice place to get an eye exam this is the spot! Although I did not get glasses or lenses due to financial reasons here this team helped me with my prescription when I had questions in order to get the right lense. Learned more about my eyes than ever was told at the last place I went this optometrist took their time to explain things and provide suggestions.Definitely recommend.
