U-M Kellogg Eye Center in Grand Blanc

Changed my glaucoma specialist after multiple surgeries and though U of M would be a good choice. Was examined by Dr. Zheng and was happy with the proposed strategy until my eye started be irritated due to all the eye medication he prescribed. He brought in a "uveitis specialist" she noticed a RA diagnosis years prior in my records and immediately put me on an immunosuppressant. I left the practice soon after and the issues cleared up after a short period of time. I tried to get in touch with the "uveitis specialist" that made the original diagnosis to get it expunged from my record. Here's the thing... The "uveitis specialist" is now with Henry Ford and not on their board of uveitis specialist. Uveitis is not even listed as a specialty. How does that happen? I thought U of M Medical was top notch. Very disappointed.

I have Age Related Wet Macular Degeneration in my left eye. I've out lasted 3 new doctors and each doctor has been as good as the last. I started treatments at 2 times per week and am now out to one treatment every 12 to 14 weeks. I see as well with my affected eye as I do with my normal eye. The staff has always been very friendly, patient and helpful.

A very conveniently located place for eye patients on E Grand Blanc Road, with ample surface parking. The Staff here are extremely kind and helpful. Mr. Jordan at the Front Desk is always helpful in adjusting the appointment timings. Ms. Laura the Technician is exceptionally warm and very helpful. Dr. Joshua Scott Grant, MD is very thorough in his analysis and briefing and takes utmost care in explaining how to go about maintaining the eye health appropriately. Overall an awesome experience. Deeply appreciated.

My dad saw Dr Zhang. Save your time & money and find another ophthalmologist. He acts pompous and uncaring. He left their office and got a second opinion and am so glad he did.

It should not take 2 weeks to get a refill called in on a script that you have been on for 2 years. Dropping the ball U of M, need to pick it back up.

Read reviews, its your eyes! One shot to get it right! Doc Hood was a nice guy but the business practice was the worst I have ever seen! Delayed me 25 days because I got mild covid, then scheduled me another month out for both eyes in Ann arbor. I live in grand blanc 5 min from thier office there. Then get eyes both done and get a followup visit. After waiting well over an hour they want to dieilate my eyes and test me for what glasses I may need. I have to go to work can't be blind rest of the day. Go to desk to reschedule the test first appointment available over month and half ouyt. $30,000 in surgery and I still need to wear glasses! I would not call that a good deal! Kellogg is a money mill with no care or understanding for thier patients time or money! Machine not patient care! Would never recommend shop there are better options!

Dr Jason Zhang was not the greatest doctor. Can never make an appointment and rarely get to see the same doctor everytime I've been at Kellogg for almost 10 years and had SO many different eye doctors and random diagnoses and studies done. Switching from Kellogg was the best decision I've made for my eye care
