I have went to Cluterville Eye Care for years. My Doctor then was Dr. France but he retired and I continued to go. I now see a Dr. Crater and she is young but very professional and has helped me with an eye problem that has been bothering me. I trust her and her judgement and I know she cares about her patients and will give them the best care she can. I will continue to trust my eye care to Cluterville Eye Care.

The staff here is always so great. They treat my 95 year old mom so kindly and respectfully. Dr Goodfellow is very knowledgeable and thorough- always takes the time to ask her questions, carefully listens to her, and explains everything clearly.

The team was sociable, organized, efficient as well as the doc was knowledgeable and informative, kind. The only glitch was at checkout when a couple of the helpers were not on the same page about costs for the discount offered for paying in full on the day of the appointment. But a mere mention from me straightened it out and I got my discount. Otherwise I'd recommend Cutlerville eye Care.

Office lady had the wrong person pulled up and told me I had diabetic neuropathy Then continued to argue about my insurance. I understand mistakes can happen but that was pretty huge. Could have been handled with a better attitude. Please listen to your customers.
