I can say from experience that Verdier Eye Center is world class top notch Healthcare space. From front desk to office staff to nurses to technicians to doctors the entire experience vibrates with kind professionalism. Everyone makes you feel welcome. You're assisted to navigate your way through their very practical and user friendly process. It doesn't take long for you to know that you're in good safe hands, and at the end, it proves just that. I recommend Verdier to everyone who needs to be in genuine and professionally competent caring hands.

A great team of highly skilled professionals who care deeply about your vision and experience with their practice. From the receptionist to Dr. Krivochenitser, I was treated with kindness and respect from the time I arrived until my departure. All of the glaucoma tests and options were thoroughly explained to me. I knew I was in the hands of healthcare professionals at the top of their field. I can say with confidence that they are the very best vision specialists in west Michigan.

RUDE and PUSHY! My dad had eye surgery Monday and the admitting nurse for Dr. McKey is a horrible human. Someone should check his socials. He was rude to my mom and dad. He was condescending in his manner and asked my mom if my dad was competent to sign his own paperwork (he is) and made my parents feel stupid. He was also observed calling a patient the wrong name and then arguing with her about her own name!!! He refused to check mychart for my dad's meds (he's 80 and has many) and told them to go to the township hall to get a card to write them on (it's 2026, please). He's rude and a know it all and not fit to interact with elderly people. I hope you deal with him, this is unacceptable. On a positive note, the Doctor was amazing and his recovery nurse was, too.

Verdier clinic has been more than courteous, informative, and an overall good experience. Dr Kyle McKey is a warm, friendly person and takes time to explain everything that's taking place, and what to expect.

Dr Siebert and Dr Fox are the best care team you could have. I have been seeing Dr Siebert for 20 years and Dr Fox for at least 10 years. Both are very professional and extremely caring. I highly recommend this practice for your eye care.

I feel that Dr. Seibert is the most professional, intelligent, and personable Opthalmology doctor I have ever seen. I was referred by my doctor for Cataract and Cornea issues. Dr.Seiter completed his individual diagnosis to determine exactly my needs, and his diagnosis was to the point very clear. I will continue to be seen by Dr.Seiter for any further treatment.

Verdier Eye delivers one of the best medical office experiences I have ever experienced. I have been a patient for over 5 years and can honestly say the great customer experience has been 100 % consistent over time and throughout the organization and staff. I travel one hour from another city in SW Michigan, and it's well worth the time. My Dr is Karl Siebert and I cannot say enough about his care. Suffice it to say I know I am in very good hands.

I was diagnosed with Fuch's Dystrophy and was recommended by Riemer Eye Center to Verdier and was lucky to be assisted by Dr. McKey. He guided me through the DMEK transplant with specific instructions and follow up appointments. One eye is done and the other will be done in a few weeks. My vision will be so dramatically improved that it's life-changing. I hope the doctors that acquired this skill like Dr. McKey know that they're improving peoples' quality of life and I'm truly appreciative. Thank you! Update: Second eye done. Results are fantastic!
